Dashboard tabs

iDashboard was created so that navigation is easy to use and logical.

Below is a summary of what each menu tab will access.

Dashboard - Take you to the landing dashboard page, where you can quickly access an array of information, from your Listings through to upcoming Anniversaries.

  1. My Tasks - Your upcoming tasks.
  2. Calendar - View events and appointments entered into the iDashboard calendar.

Contacts - Takes you to a list of your contacts you have access to.

  1. Add A Contact - Brings up the New Contact wizard.
  2. My Contacts - Takes you to a list of your own contacts.
  3. My Recent Contact - A quick access to your last 5 recently accessed contacts.

Real Estate - Takes you to a list of active residential listings for the office.

  1. Add An Appraisal - Brings up the New Appraisal/Listing wizard.
  2. My Appraisals - Takes you to a list of your appraisals.
  3. My Listings - Takes you to a list of your listings.
  4. Add Sold Market Property - Brings up the New Market Property wizard, so you can add Sold data/properties.
  5. Add Unsold Market Property - Brings up the New Market Property wizard, so you can add Unsold data/properties.
  6. Open Home Manager - Allows you to bulk add/create Open Homes for listings within iDashboard.
  7. My Recent Properties - A quick access to your last 5 recently accessed properties.

Website - View the employees currently listed on your office website.

  1. Visitors & Analytics - View Google Analytics for your website and listings.
  2. Staff Profile Order - Set the order your employees will appear on your website, or hide them all together.
  3. Staff Profiles - Edit or Update your employees profiles on your website.
  4. Testimonials - Add or Edit testimonials for your employees.

MAS System - Monthly account statistics.

Campaigns - Takes you to a list of your email campaigns.

  1. Email Tracking - Search through your campaigns so you can view tracking statistics.
  2. Send General Email - Send out simple targeted emails to any number of contacts within the Contacts area.
  3. Auto Campaigns - Manage how iDashboard should send out automatically generated emails to subscribers.
  4. Newsletters & Magazines - Manage all your newsletters and their editions, as well as review past editions.

Reports - Allows you to generate Contacts Reports, MAS Reports & Real Estate Business Reports, to better manage your business.

  1. Contacts Reports - Reports based on contacts within iDashboard.
  2. Handout Reports - Create and print reports about your Real Estate stock to handout to clients.
  3. Office Stock Reports - Create and print reports about your Real Estate stock for office use.
  4. Property Booklets - Create and print property booklets containing your Real Estate stock.

Admin - Depending on your account permissions/role, this is the central Administration centre for iDashboard, where you can edit company information, add/remove employees, create new contact categories and sources, set canvas areas, add/remove documents from the library and add/edit employee roles.

  1. Change Password - Change the password for your iDashboard login.
  2. Help - Takes you to our Help Centre.
  3. Log Out - Logs you out of the iDashboard system.
