Minimum Requirements for a Sales Property

Auto Stats works by calculating totals based on dates and figures entered into iDashboard. For these Stats to be recorded and to be accurate we need to make sure we have filled in the minimum requirements correctly.

The minimum requirements for Auto Stats to work on a Sales Property are as follows:

  1. A 'Sale Method' - The type of sale this is for example select an Auction for this to be included in the Auction Listings reports.
  2. At least one 'Listing Agent' - This is the Employee the Listing will be attributed to.
  3. At least one 'Selling Agent' - This is the Employee the Sale will be attributed to.
  4. Sale and Contract Dates - This includes all of the following:
    • 'Conditional/Exchange' Date - The date the sales contract is signed.
    • 'Unconditional/Sold' Date - The date of when all conditions are due to be met/satisfied.
    • 'Settlement' Date - The date of when all funds are released to the Vendor.
  5. A 'Contract Price' - The sale price agreed to in the sales contract.
  6. A 'Gross Selling Fee' - This can be either a percentage value or dollar figure.
  7. A 'Vendor VPA' - The Vendors agreed to marketing budget.

Entering a Sales Method, Listing/Selling Agent, Sale and Contract Dates

  1. Click into the property we need to enter the minimum requirements for (must be at least at 'Contract' status for Steps 6 & 7).
  2. Click on the Edit  tab
  3. Click on the Sale tab
  4. Select your Sale Method e.g Auction
  5. Select your Listing Agent
  6. Select your Selling Agent
  7. Select the Sale and Contract Dates
  8. Click Update Property

Entering a Contract Price and Gross Selling Fee

  1. Click into the property we need to enter the minimum requirements for (must be at least at 'Contract' status).
  2. Click on the Edit  tab
  3. Click on the Commissions tab
  4. Enter in the Contract Price
  5. Enter in the Gross Selling Fee - Can be either a percentage value or dollar figure (select type from drop down)
  6. Click Update Property

 Entering a Vendor VPA

  1. Click into the property we need to enter the minimum requirements for.
  2. Click on the Expenses & Budgets  tab.
  3. Enter in your Vendor VPA amount.
  4. Click Update Budgets.
