Team Management

Use this screen to create teams for use in reporting and statistics. When a sales person belonging to a team is used as a listing or selling agent, that property is attributed to the entire team, rather than the individual in reporting, statistics and KPIs.

Please note that Teams DO NOT effect staff profiles or how listings appear on websites due to 3rd party restrictions.

If you require auto stats to calculate totals based on a teams performance rather than just an individual please follow these steps (please note you must be logged in as an Administrator).

Entering sales and listings is still handled the same way, you select the one agent you wish to apply as the Listing/Contact/Sale agent and the system will automatically apply their statistics to the Team they are apart of.

To ADD a New Team:

  1. Click on the Admin tab.
  2. By default this will open up the Company tab.
  3. On the right hand side of your screen click on the tab Team Management .
  4. Click on the blue New Team button.
  5. Give you team a Name and a Start Date (backdate this if you need the statistics to group as a team from a certain previous date).
  6. Click Save.
  7. When the team has been added, select the grey Add Member button for that team.
  8. Select the first member you would like to add to the Team
  9. Select the date member was apart of this team, and an end date if they have already left the team.
  10. Click Save.
  11. Repeat this steps 7 - 10 for every team member you want to add.

Please note, you can not select the same member twice, so you will notice their name drop off the selection list when already apart of that team.

To EDIT a Team:

  1. Click on the Admin tab.
  2. By default this will open up the Company tab.
  3. On the right hand side of your screen click on the tab Team Management .
  4. Select the Name of the Team Member or Team we need to edit.
  5. If you need to Remove a Team Member, select their name and click the red Remove Team Member button.
  6. Change the required information and click Save

To DELETE a Team:

  1. Click on the Admin tab.
  2. By default this will open up the Company tab.
  3. On the right hand side of your screen click on the tab Team Management .
  4. Click on the Name of the Team.
  5. Click on the red Delete Team button.

Please note, when you delete a team it automatically adds todays date as the End Date.
