Managing Rookie Accounts

This help article is for offices needing to manage track the activity of Employees regarded as Rookies for Auto Statistics.

Please note Employees are regarded as Rookies for 12 months after their Rookie Start Date entered into iDashboard.

To set the start date for a Rookie please follow the below steps:

  1. Click on Admin
  2. Click on Employees
    If the Employee does not already exist in this account please add them as per this help article.
  3. Click on the Rookie Employees Name.
  4. Click on the Edit  Tab.
  5. Select Rookie Start Date.
  6. Click Update Employee.

If no date Rookie Start Date is selected, the system will by default use the date the employee was entered into the system.
