Make a custom list of properties

 

  1. Hover your mouse over the Reports tab and click on Office Stock Reports.
  2. Select your preferred layout.
  3. Select which property group you would like to generate a report for.
  4. Click on Create a Custom List.
  5. Click + Add Properties to Report.
  6. Select the search parameters e.g Agent 
  7. Click Search.
  8. The properties matching the search criteria will appear on the right hand side. Select the properties you wish to appear in the report.
  9. Click Add Selected or Add All.
  10. Click Generate Report.
