Activation & Feed Guidelines

Activation Guidelines

Follow this simple process to activate a feed for a mutual client:

  1. Email your request to and CC the office (preferably the Principal or person who created the account with you)
  2. In your request, either include your own feedcode OR request our team create a feedcode for you (this is the code sent in the agencyID tag)
  3. Our team will verify the request with the office and if all is good will activate the feed and reply to you (if you requested a feedcode from us, then our team will include it in the reply)

All requests for a feed activation must be in writing via email, no requests will be actioned over the phone.

General Guidelines

You can provide us with a feedcode or request us to provide a code for you - feedcodes can be up to 10 alphanumeric characters (A-Z, a-z, 0-9).

On feed activation, iDashboard will automatically send through a dump of all listings to your FTP server.

iDashboard is a real time uploader, meaning we aim to bundle and send updates within 5 minutes of a user making a change to a listing. This operates 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

If your FTP server becomes unavailable, iDashboard will hold and queue packaged updates and attempt to transfer them every 5 minutes until successful.

iDashboard has the ability to read and process XML receipts sent via email. If the receipt contains your unique ID for the listing on your website or service, we can display that ID in iDashboard for our user and link through to your website.
