One-off tasks can be created via the My Tasks screen, which is accessible by going to Dashboard > My Tasks.
One-off tasks can only be viewed/managed via the My Tasks screen. More information on the My Tasks screen can be found by clicking here.
Add Task
- Click Add Task.
- Select the Type of task you would like to create. Options include Task, Phone Call, Fax, Mail, or Meeting.
- Enter a Name/Description for the task. The Name/Description entered is what the agent sees when viewing the task on the My Tasks screen.
- Select the agent the tasks should be assigned to.
- Set the Due date.
- Select wheter the task is connected to either a Contact or Property, then search for the contact/property and select the record via the autocomplete list that appears.
- Click Add Task.
