iDashboard Menu

iDashboard was created so that navigation is easy to use and logical.

Below is a summary of what each menu tab will access.

Dashboard

1. My Dashboard - Your customisable dashboard.
2. My Tasks - Your upcoming tasks.
3. Calendar - View events and appointments entered into the iDashboard calendar.
4. Wizards - Access to the mobile wizards like Open Home Visitor Tracker

Contacts

1. Add Contact - Brings up the New Contact wizard.
2. Contacts - This takes you to a list of contacts in iDashboard.
3. Lead Inbox - Email Enquiries & Leads
4. Website Subscribers - Shows a list of contacts that have been added via your iProperty-hosted website.
5. Workspace - Temporary contacts workspace where you can perform actions in bulk
6. Send SMS - Send SMS from iDashboard
7. Action Plans - Displays action plans relating to contacts
8. Lead Properties - Shows a list of current lead properties
9. Import Wizard - Import your contact database from another system via a CSV file.

Real Estate.

1. Add Appraisal - Brings up the New Appraisal/Listing wizard.
2. Properties - This takes you to a list of current active listings for the agency.
3. Open Home Manage - Allows you to create open home times in bulk
4. Open Home Visitor Tracker - Check-in open home visitors.
5. PM Portfolio - Track your rent roll
6. Print Manager - Print window cards in bulk
7. Action Plans - Shows a list of action plans relating to properties.
8. Lead Properties - Shows a list of current lead properties

Website

1. Visitors & Analytics - View Google Analytics for your website and listings.
2. Staff Profile Order - Set the order your employees will appear on your website, or hide them altogether.
3. Staff Profiles - Edit or Update your employee profiles on your website.
4. Testimonials - Add or Edit testimonials for your employees.

Campaigns

1. Email Tracking - Search through your campaigns so you can view tracking statistics.
2. Send General Email - Send out simple targeted emails to any number of contacts within the Contacts area.
3. Automatic Campaigns - Manage how iDashboard should send out automatically generated emails to subscribers.
4. Newsletters Campaigns - Manage all your newsletters and their editions, as well as review past editions.
5. Unsubscribes - View contacts that have unsubscribed from email campaigns

Reports

1. Marketing Reports - Create and print reports about your Real Estate stock to hand out to clients.
2. Office Reports - View and print reports relating to your agency.
