If you have purchased your domain name through iProperty and your DNS hosting is managed by iProperty, then you can easily make a request for us to change or update your domain name.
Requests can be made via phone or email. Please note that our help desk team may ask that you confirm your request via email if your original request was via phone.
Requests are usually processed the same day we receive them, however any concerns we raise regarding the change may delay the process (we don't want to break your website or email hosting!).
