Before you start! Before you can edit an employee's photo, you must ensure their profile is visible on your website. For more information on how to display an employee on your website, please refer to this article.
Staff Profiles allows you to add and edit the contact information for employees, their profile text, photo and embedded video.
To UPLOAD your Photo:
- Hover over the Website menu item and select Team Profiles
- Click on the name of the employee you want to edit
- Go to Edit > Website Profile
- Click the pencil icon on the photo field to find the photo on your computer or network.
- Click Update Employee to save your changes.
To REMOVE your Photo:
- Hover over the Website menu item and select Team Profiles
- Click on the name of the employee you want to edit
- Go to Edit > Website Profile
- Click the cross icon on the photo to remove the photo.
- Click Update Employee to save your changes.
Please allow up to 15 minutes for changes to appear on your iProperty-hosted website.
A note for third-party product users! If you use a third-party software product, like MyDesktop or Rockend REST, these products do NOT send through employee photos or profile text, they only provide basic contact details.
A note for portals! Third-party websites, such as Realestate.com.au and Domain.com.au, do not permit us to send employee profile information (including their photo). You must upload this information directly into the administration section of these websites.
