How to set a Vendor Paid Advertising Budget

VPA Budgets allow you to track how much the vendor has spent on advertising aswell as checking to see how much they have owing to the agency.

To set a VPA Budget for a property in iDashboard you will need to do the following:

  1. In the Property click on the Expenses & Levies Tab


  2. Enter the value for the agreed VPA into the vendor field and click Update Levies.


When expenses are assigned to the vendor you will be able to track the amount of money spent on Vendor Paid Advertising via the above Expenses & Levies screen or Summary page for each individual property.
