Changing a Property Status from Appraisal to Listed
- Open the Appraised Property.
- Click on the
next arrow on the status bar.
- A Dialogue box should appear asking for Listing/Contact agent & Price.
- Enter values for each field, and click Advance to Listing.
Changing a Property Status from Appraisal to Rejected
- Open the Appraised Property.
- Click on the Mark Rejected button.
- A dialogue should appear asking for a note.
- Enter details into the note and click on Mark Rejected.
Changing a Property Status from Appraisal to Lost
- Open the Appraised Property.
- Click on the Mark Lost button.
- A dialogue should appear asking for a note.
- Enter details into the note and click on Mark Lost.
Changing a Property Status from Listed to Under Contract
- Open the Listed Property.
- Click on the
right arrow of the status bar.
- A dialogue should appear asking for the Sales Agent, Contract Price and Exchange Date.
- Enter information into every field.
- Click on Advance to Under Contract.
Changing a Property Status from Listed to Withdrawn
- Open the Listed Property.
- Click on the
Withdraw button.
- A dialog should appear asking for a note.
- Enter details into the note and click on Withdraw Listing.
- Status bar should say Withdrawn.
Reverting a Property status from Listed to Appraised
- Open the Listed Property.
- Click on the
back arrow of the status bar.
- A popup should confirm the revert to appraisal action.
- Confirmation should change status to Appraisal.
Changing Property status from Under Contract to Sold
- Open the Contracted Property.
- Click on the
next arrow of the status bar.
- A dialog should appear asking for the Sales Agent, Contract Price and Sold Date.
- Enter relevant information for the sale.
- Click on Advance to Sold.
Changing Property status from Under Contract to Withdrawn
- Open the Property Under Contract.
- Click on the
Withdraw button.
- A dialog should appear asking for a note.
- Enter details into the note and click on Withdraw Listing.
- Property status bar should appear as Withdrawn.
Changing Property status from Sold to Settled
- Open the Sold Property.
- Click on the
next arrow of the status bar.
- A dialog should appear asking for the Sales Agent, Contract Price and Settlement Date.
- Enter the information relevant to the property settlement.
- Click on Advance to Settled.
Changing property status from Sold to Withdrawn
- Open the Sold Property.
- Click on the
Withdraw button.
- A dialog should appear asking for a note.
- Enter details into the note and click on Withdraw Listing.
- Status bar should say Withdrawn.
Reverting Property from Sold to Under contract
- Open the Sold Property.
- Click on the
back arrow of the status bar.
- A popup should confirm the revert to Contract action.
- Confirmation should revert property status to Sold.
Changing Property status from Settled to Archived
- Open the Settled Property.
- Click on the
Move to Archive button.
- A dialog should appear confirming the action.
- Confirm the action.
- Status bar should now say Historical Settlement.
Reverting property status from Settled to Sold
- Open the Settled Property.
- Click on the
back arrow of the status bar.
- A popup should confirm the revert to Sold action.
- Confirmation should change property status to Sold.
Create new listing from Withdrawn/Historical/Lost or Rejected Property
- Open the relevant Property.
- Click on
Copy as a New Listing
- Enter all relevant information for the new property
