Copying a property

You can copy a property if you need to:

• update it with a new PID number, and append it to your new listings on your website
• create a rental version of a sale listing or vice versa

Any property in iDashboard can be copied. Depending on the status the options are named slightly differently. If your property is in the Listing, Contract, Application, Sold, and Leased status the option will be labelled Duplicate Property. If the property is Archived or Historical the option will be labelled as Relist as New.

1. Open the property listing that you would like to copy. Alternatively, for Archived and Historical listings you can click on the Actions menu in the property search results and select the Reslist as New option.
2. Once you are in the property Overview tab, click on the Actions Menu  Icon on the top right of the page.
3. Select either Duplicate Property or Relist as New depending on the properties status.
4. A pop-up will open allowing you to change details on the listing. Once ready, press Go.
5. Your property has now been copied to a new appraisal and has a new PID. Click on the address provided within the duplicate pop-up to be taken directly to the new listing.
