Viewing Property History

iDashboard tracks the history of each property as it progresses through the different statuses. This can include updates to the price, images, agents etc. The history tab also shows the history of updates sent to portals, as well as the history of the address within the system.

Property History

The history tab will display all of the history of the property. This will include any updates made to the property throughout its time in iDashboard. 

You can view the history of the property by doing the following:

1. Open the property in iDashboard and click on the History Tab. Alternatively, in the property search results, you can click on the Actions menu for the listing and go to Jump To > History.

Feeds History

You can view the XML update files sent to each portal by going to the Feeds History tab. This section will show if the update was successful or failed, the date/time the update was generated, the portal website the update was for, and the amount of time it took to generate in the system.

Address History

You can view the Address History of a property by going to the Address History tab. This will show every listing that has been created in iDashboard with the same address. The information will include a direct link to the property, the method, listing agent, status, days on the market, owner, buyer/tenant, date appraised, date listed, and the date sold/leased.
