The team at iProperty knows how important it is to keep your vendors or landlords notified as to what is going on with their property with such things as Open Home & Private Inspection Feedback & Opinions. This can be a full-time job in itself especially when a vendor may be hard to get ahold of.
With Owner Reporting from iDashboard, your vendor can be provided with their unique login page so they can keep themselves informed, at their convenience.
Owner Report is an online owner reporting tool that will allow your vendor or landlord to stay up-to-date with the latest information about their property, including open home stats and offers.
You can easily select what types of details you wish to provide your owner:
Property Display options
To access the Owner Report section of a property your listing must be a Residential Sale or Lease listing which is Published online and has at least one Vendor or Landlord attached.
Report Secure Link
Each Vendor or Landlord attached to a property has a secure report link that they can use to view their personalised Owner Report.
The Report Links can be accessed by going to the Owner Report > Owner Reporting tab in a listing. Each owner will be displayed in a list along with their Secure Report Link and action buttons to copy the secure report link, view the online report, or download a PDF version of the report which can be emailed to the vendor.
Report Views
Users can see if the Owner has viewed their report and, if they have, how many times they have viewed the report via the Report Views sub-tab.
The Report Views page will show the owners in a list with their total views as well as the date/time they last viewed the report.
Settings
Each Owner Report can be customised on a per-property basis. The Settings page allows agents to hide or show the following items in the report:
- Open Home Visitors
- Private Inspection Visitors
- Buyer Opinions (Interested Buyers, Undecided Buyers, and/or Not Interested Buyers).
- Offers
- Listing History
The above settings are all ticked by default. Account owners or Administrators are also able to dictate which options are available for all listings via Admin & Account Settings. If an option is switched off in Admin & Account Settings it will be unable to be turned on in an individual property.
The settings page will also state how potential buyers/tenants will be displayed in the owner report. Buyer Identification can be updated by an Administrator of your office in Admin & Account Settings by following the instructions located here.
