Action plans can be automatically triggered based on the status change of a property listing, or they can be triggered manually.
The instructions below will show how to manually start an action plan that is not triggered automatically.
- Open the property listing in iDashboard and go to the Tasks tab. Alternatively, from the property search results, click on the Actions menu for the listing and go to Jump To > Tasks.
- iDashboard will show you all of the Action Plans in the system available to a property.
- On the Action Plan screen, you can see any Action Plans that may have already been triggered, you can also Manually Start an Action Plan by clicking the Start button. If you would like to know what is involved in that plan before you start, click on the + icon to the right of the start button, and a list of the associated activities/tasks will be displayed.
- Once you have clicked on Start to manually trigger your action plan, you can click on the To Do tab to see the list of tasks needed to complete this action plan and who they are assigned to. You can also see the Completed Tasks by clicking on the Completed tab on the Action Plan Screen.
- To complete a task in iDashboard, you just need to click on the green Mark Complete button.
- If you complete a task by mistake, you can go to the Completed tab and click on the Mark Incomplete button.
Your tasks are also displayed in the My Tasks page of your Dashboard. Tasks can be completed through the My Tasks page the same way as within a property listing or contact.
