Some transactions that have not been reconciled can be voided, for example a purchaser deposit was receipted to the incorrect contact. Voiding is typically done to correct mistakes.
- Go into your property via Real Estate > Properties
- Click on the Expenses tab, followed by the Trust Ledger tab
- Next to the receipt transaction, under the log column, click the + icon
- Next to "Reconciled: No", click Void Transaction
If a transaction has already been reconciled, you will not be able to void the transaction. In this case, you will need to un-reconcile the transaction first, then come back and Void.
