Password Assistance & Reset

Due to recent security upgrades across all of our products, we do not have access to any password you may use on any of our services. This includes your website, email hosting and iDashboard.

iDashboard

If you have forgotten your password to iDashboard, you can contact our team on 03 9328 5455 and request for it to be reset. We may ask you to provide your request in writing and we may also confirm the request with your business owner.

Email Address

If you have forgotten your password for your email account or for your email hosting panel, you can contact our team on 03 9328 5455 and request for it to be reset. We may ask you to provide your request in writing and we may also confirm the request with your business owner. Please note that resetting the password for an email account will require you to update the password on all computers and devices that use that email.

Website

If you have forgotten your password to your iProperty hosted website (Wordpress), you can contact our team on 03 9328 5455 and request for it to be reset. We may ask you to provide your request in writing and we may also confirm the request with your business owner.

If you need more assistance or want to request a password reset, please create a new request.
