Why is my listing still appearing on a website?

When a property is unpublished, withdrawn or archived a file is sent to every website or portal that that property appears on. These files can sometimes fail and the property remain active on those sites.

To remove the listing from the portals go into the listing in iDashboard and click edit, then update (there's no need to make any changes). This will send new instructions to the portals to remove that listing from their sites.
