Why don't my sold properties appear on my website?

Sold properties will only appear on your website if they are

1.  Active
2.  Published
3.  Within the mature days setting in the administration section of iDashboard

If you want sold properties to appear on your website you will need to increase the mature days setting in iDashboard by going to

Admin & Account Settings > Company > Edit > Preferences and increase the Settlement Mature Days setting to the number of days that you want these properties to appear on your site.

This new setting will only apply to future sold listings. To apply the change to all previously sold listings in your account contact our support team.
