Why do I keep getting logged out of iDashboard?

This problem can sometimes be caused by a damaged/corrupted cookie in Firefox and is fixed by clearing your cookies and cache.

To do this close down page showing iDashboard, or navigate to another page and then go to Tools -> Clear Private Data or Clear Recent History -> Select Time to clear 'Everything' -> ensure that only Cookies and Cache are selected and click clear now.
