Common reasons why a property won't upload

Please find below some of the more common reasons that a listing may be rejected by a portal, and are things that you should look out for:

All Listings

  • Your agency does not have a subscription to that portal
  • No images have been added to the listing
  • The street number has not been set
  • The street name has not been set
  • The heading or description has not been set
  • The lower price has not been set
  • The price is not over $30,000 (sales only)
  • The auction date has not been set (auctions only)
  • The portal may not support the property type (i.e. Domain does not support 'Other')

Residential Listings

  • Number of bedrooms has not been supplied
  • Number of bathrooms has not been supplied

Land and Rural Listings

  • Land size has not been supplied

Commercial Listings

  • Your agency does not have a *commercial* subscription to that portal
  • Floor area has not been supplied

These can all be added into the property details via the Edit tab within the property and then in the Sale, Features and Property tabs.
