What is not covered by XML uploads

Whilst property uploads to third party websites are great at uploading and updating listings, these feeds do have some restrictions on what we can and can not update.

Your office details

There is no provision in the feed specifications for us to send or update any of your office contact information, including phone numbers and your address.

Your logo

There is no provision in the feed specifications for us to send or update the logos in use on third party portals. If you are changing brands, you must notify the third party portal directly.

Agent Photos

Although we are able to send the name and contact information for each of your agents, the feed specifications we need to abide by do not allow us to send an agent photo.

If you need to update any of the above items you will need to login to each effected third party portal and make the changes directly in their system.
