Handouts are a great way to quickly display multiple properties on an A4 page. They can be used to advertise your office's properties at the front desk and on open days.
- Hover your mouse over the Reports menu item and click on Marketing Reports.
- Select the 5 per page layout.
- Select which property group you would like to generate a report for.
- Click Generate Report.
You can also create a custom list of properties for your open home handout report.
- On the same screen, click on Create Custom List.
- Click Add Properties.
- Search for properties by entering the PID into the search field, or by using the Advanced Search filters.
- Click Search.
- The properties matching the search criteria will appear below the search form. Select the properties you wish to appear in the report.
- Click Add Selected or Add All to add all returned properties to the report.
- Click Generate Report.
