Handouts are a great way to quickly display multiple properties on an A4 page, such as a vacant rental list. They can be used to advertise your office's properties at the front desk and on open days.
- Hover your mouse over the Reports tab and click on Handouts Report.
- Select your preferred layout (The 5 per page layout includes property description, open for inspection times and auction times).
- Select which property group you would like to generate a report for.
- Click Generate Report.
You can also create a custom list of properties for your handout report.
- In the same screen, click on Create a Custom List.
- Click + Add Properties to Report.
- Search for properties.
- Click Search.
- The properties matching the search criteria will appear on the right hand side. Select the properties you wish to appear in the report.
- Click Add Selected or Add All.
- Click Generate Report.
