Make a sale or rental handout list

 

Handouts are a great way to quickly display multiple properties on an A4 page, such as a vacant rental list. They can be used to advertise your office's properties at the front desk and on open days.

  1. Hover your mouse over the Reports tab and click on Handouts Report.
  2. Select your preferred layout (The 5 per page layout includes property description, open for inspection times and auction times).
  3. Select which property group you would like to generate a report for.
  4. Click Generate Report.

You can also create a custom list of properties for your handout report.

  1. In the same screen, click on Create a Custom List.
  2. Click + Add Properties to Report.
  3. Search for properties. 
  4. Click Search.
  5. The properties matching the search criteria will appear on the right hand side. Select the properties you wish to appear in the report.
  6. Click Add Selected or Add All.
  7. Click Generate Report.
