iDashboard lets you schedule callbacks for contacts you would like to follow up on. Any callbacks that are scheduled will be displayed in your My Tasks page and also on the Upcoming Tasks widget available for your Dashboard.
You can schedule a callback by doing the following:
- Hover your mouse over the Contacts tab and click Contacts.
- Select your contact from the list or search for them via the search form at the top of the page. You can search for a contact by their name, email or phone number.
- Click on the Actions Menu icon located in the top right of the contact and click Schedule Callback. Alternatively you can also click on the Actions menu in the contact results page and select Schedule Callback.
- Select the agent you would like to assign the callback to. By default this will preselect the user logged in.
- Set the Date of the callback.
- Click Set Date.
