Searching for a contact

This is a quick article on how to search for a contact in iDashboard!

1. Hover your mouse over the Contacts menu item and click Contacts
2. Type in the keyword you are searching for in the Search box
3. AND/OR select a Category you would like to search in by clicking Advanced Search
4. AND/OR select if you only want to search for contacts that are allocated to yourself within Advanced Search
5. Click Search
6. In the list of contacts that appears, click on the name of the contact you would like to load

To search for a Website Subscriber click on Advanced Search and select Website Subscribers in the Contact Type option.

NOTE Keywords can be all or part of

• Contact Name
• Contact Email
• Partners Name
• Partners Email
• Residential Address
• Postal Address
• Phone numbers
• Company Name
