Change or Set the Controlling agent for Contact

  1. Click the Contacts tab
  2. Search for your contact in the left side panel and click on their name to be taken to their summary.
  3. On the Right side of the contact summary will be a section to set the controlling agent.
  4. Use the drop down box to pick the new agent and Press Update. You can use the tick box to make the contacts private.
  5. A pop up box will notify you that the changes have been made!

Note: if an agent does not appear in the select box their role permissions may need to be changed to allow them to be a controlling agent.
