There are two ways to add a note to a contact. This can be done via the contact search results and the individual contact.
Adding a note via the contact search results
- Hover over the Contacts menu item and select Contacts.
- Locate your contact in the list or search for them via their name, email, or phone number.
- Click on the Actions menu for the contact you would like to add a note to.
- Select Add Note.
- Enter the contents of your note and select the type of note being created.
- Click Add Note.
Adding a note via an individual contact
- Hover over the Contacts menu item and select Contacts.
- Click on your contact in the list or search for them via their name, email, or phone number.
- Click Add Note.
- Enter the contents of your note and select the type of note being created.
- Click Add Note.
