WorkSpace is a feature in iDashboard, which can be accessed via Contacts.
WorkSpace allows you to perform bulk actions on contacts including generating a bulk mail merge document or sending a bulk Email or SMS.
With the ability to add contact searches to WorkSpace, the opportunities are endless for who you can send to.
You can add Contacts to WorkSpace by performing Contact Searches, by choosing individual contacts, or adding contacts via contact lists within a property (E.G. Open Home Visitors, Enquiries, Prospects etc.).
Adding Contacts via Contact Search
- Hover over the Contacts menu item and select Contacts.
- Perform a contacts search using the search form at the top of the page.
- Once your Search Results are displayed click the Add all to Workspace button to add your contacts to WorkSpace.
Adding Individual Contacts
- Hover over the Contacts menu item and select Contacts.
- Select the contacts you would like to add to WorkSpace by ticking the box next to each contact.
- Once all contacts are selected select the Add to Workspace option from the Bulk Actions drop-down menu located at the top of the page.
Adding Contacts from Property Contact Lists
- In iDashboard click on Real Estate and open a property listing.
- Navigate to a contact list (as an example go to Prospects > Property Match)
- Tick the contacts you would like to add, then click Add to Workspace. Alternatively, you can add all contacts in the list by clicking Add All to Workspace.
Remove all contacts from WorkSpace
- Hover over the Contacts menu item and select Workspace.
- Click Empty Workspace.
Remove individual Contacts from WorkSpace
- Hover over the Contacts menu item and select Workspace.
- Click the red x next to each contact you would like to remove.
