iDashboard allows users to store enquiry (canned) responses against individual property listings. These can then be used to reply to enquiries received for those properties.
Add an enquiry response to a property listing
- Open the property in iDashboard
- Go to Marketing > Enquiry Response
- Enter the Enquiry Response for the property and click Update
Manually reply to enquiries using the enquiry response
- Open Lead Inbox
- Click on an enquiry you would like to respond to
Click the Insert Canned Response link. Please note that the Insert Canned Response link will only display if the property has an Enquiry Response saved.
