Manage Standard Conditions

You can create Standard Conditions that can then be used repeatedly across properties. For example, "14 Day Pest Inspection" or "30 Day Building Inspection". Standard Conditions can be whatever you want.

Create a Standard Condition

1. Go to Admin & Account Settings > Standard Conditions
2. Click the Add Standard Condition button
3. Enter a name for your new standard condition
   The name is essentially the description for your standard condition.
4. Click Add Standard Condition

Using Standard Conditions on a property

Standard Conditions can be selected and added to your Under Contract properties. For more information, check out the Conditions help desk article.
