Agents can control which notifications they receive from iDashboard. To begin with individual agents will be able to control if they receive Daily Agent Updates and notifications of new enquiries.
The settings for notifications can be found within the employee profile which can be accessed by going to Admin & Account Settings > Employees > Selecting an employee > Edit > Notifications.
Daily Agent Update
Agents or Admins can disable the Daily Agent Update email by unticking the Daily Agent Update box. If the agent chooses that they would like to start receiving the email in the future it can be reactivated by ticking the box.
Daily agent updates are sent at 7:00 AM every morning and the schedule and frequency is unable to be changed for individual agents.
By default the Daily Agent Update box is ticked.
Daily Admin Update
Similar to the daily agent update but for Admins. Email contains all properties, statistics and errors that would have been sent to individual agents via their Daily Update email.
Admins can disable the Daily Admin Update email by unticking the Daily Admin Update box. If the admin chooses that they would like to start receiving the email in the future it can be reactivated by ticking the box.
Daily admin updates are sent at 7:00 AM every morning and the schedule and frequency is unable to be changed for individual admins.
By default the Daily Admin Update box is unticked and is only recommended for Admin users.
New Enquiry Notification
If you have the enquiry capture feature activated in your account agents or admins will have the ability to choose if they get notified about new enquiries via email, the frequency they are notified, and also the schedule they are notified.
Agents can disabled enquiry notifications by unticking the Lead Inbox New Enquiries box. This option is ticked by default.
- Lead Schedule - Allows an agent to set the times they would like to receive enquiry notifications. By default this option is set for 07:00 AM and 07:00 PM. Setting this option from 12:00 AM to 12:00 AM will mean that you can receive enquiry notifications any time of day.
- Lead Frequency - Allows an agent to set how frequently they are notified about new leads. Options include:
- Instantly - Receive a notification every time a new enquiry is added
- Every 1, 2, 4 or 6 Hours - Receive a summary of enquiries received within the frequency period.
New Open Home Scheduled
Email notification alerting agent to new open home scheduled for their property listing. Email notification also contains calendar invite to the scheduled open.
Agents can disable the open home notification by unticking the New Open Home Scheduled tick box. If the agent chooses that they would like to start receiving the email in the future it can be reactivated by ticking the box.
This option is ticked by default.
New Private Inspection Scheduled
Email notification alerting agent to new private inspection scheduled for their property listing.
Agents can disable the private inspection notification by unticking the New Private Inspection Scheduled tick box. If the agent chooses that they would like to start receiving the email in the future it can be reactivated by ticking the box.
This option is ticked by default.
New Auction Scheduled
Email notification alerting agent to new auction scheduled for their property listing. Email notification also contains calendar invite to the scheduled auction.
Agents can disable the auction notification by unticking the New Auction Scheduled tick box. If the agent chooses that they would like to start receiving the email in the future it can be reactivated by ticking the box.
This option is ticked by default.
Low SMS Credit
Email notification to notify the user that the agencies SMS credit total has fallen below $10.
Users can enable the notification by ticking the Low SMS Credit tick box. If the user chooses that they would like to stop receiving the notification in the future it can be deactivated by unticking the box.
This option is unticked by default and is only recommended for Admin users.
