Agents can control which notifications they receive from iDashboard. To begin with individual agents will be able to control if they receive Daily Agent Updates and notifications of new enquiries.

The settings for notifications can be found within the employee profile which can be accessed by going to Admin & Account Settings > Employees > Selecting an employee > Edit > Notifications.

Daily Agent Update

Agents or Admins can disable the Daily Agent Update email by unticking the Daily Agent Update box. If the agent chooses that they would like to start receiving the email in the future it can be reactivated by ticking the box.

Daily agent updates are sent at 7:00 AM every morning and the schedule and frequency is unable to be changed for individual agents.

By default the Daily Agent Update box is ticked.

New Enquiry Notification

If you have the enquiry capture feature activated in your account agents or admins will have the ability to choose if they get notified about new enquiries via email, the frequency they are notified, and also the schedule they are notified.

Agents can disabled enquiry notifications by unticking the Lead Inbox New Enquiries box. This option is ticked by default.

  • Lead Schedule - Allows an agent to set the times they would like to receive enquiry notifications. By default this option is set for 07:00 AM and 07:00 PM. Setting this option from 12:00 AM to 12:00 AM will mean that you can receive enquiry notifications any time of day.
  • Lead Frequency - Allows an agent to set how frequently they are notified about new leads. Options include:
    • Instantly - Receive a notification every time a new enquiry is added
    • Every 1, 2, 4 or 6 Hours - Receive a summary of enquiries received within the frequency period.
