Modify a Properties Visibility in Automatic Campaigns

By default, all newly published listings will be displayed in automatic compositions. However, in the case that you may want to remove a property from an automatic composition, this can be done via the publishing settings of a property.

Remove a property from automatic campaigns

1. Open the property in iDashboard
2. If the property is already published, click the green Published button and then click Modify Publishing. If the property has not been published, click the red Not Published button and then click Publish.
3. Untick the checkbox for Include in Automatic Email Campaigns.
4. Click Publish.

Re-add a property to automatic campaigns

1. Open the property in iDashboard
2. Click the green Published button and then click Modify Publishing.
3. Tick the checkbox for Include in Automatic Email Campaigns.
4. Click Publish.
