Automatically Subscribe Contacts to Campaigns

iDashboard allows you to automatically subscribe new contacts to email campaigns based on the contact category assigned.

Automatic Campaigns

To set up auto subscribe for Automatic Campaigns you will need to do the following:

1. In iDashboard go to Campaigns > Automatic Campaigns
2. Click on the automatic campaign you would like to update
3. Click the Automatically Subscribe tab
4. Tick the categories that you would like to automatically subscribe to the automatic composition.
5. Click Update Settings

Newsletters

To set up auto subscribe for Newsletters you will need to do the following:

1. In iDashboard go to Campaigns > Newsletters
2. Click the Series Settings link for the newsletter you would like to update
3. Click the Automatically Subscribe tab
4. Tick the categories that you would like to automatically subscribe to the automatic composition.
5. Click Update Settings

Please note that updating the settings for Automatic Campaigns & Newsletters will only affect new contacts assigned to those categories going forward. This will not affect contacts already assigned to those categories. If you would like to bulk subscribe contacts already assigned to a particular category you can do so by following the instructions provided in the Modify An Existing Automatic Campaign's Subscribers & Sending Settings article.
