Managing Open Home Questions

Open Home Questions are used in both iDashboard and the Open Home Wizard and are shared by all agents in your business. You can customise your questions with either a comment answer or a simple yes/no answer.

To ADD an Open Home Question:

  1. Go to Admin & Account Settings > Company > Open Home Questions.
  2. In the New Question section, enter your question into the Description text box.
  3. Select from Question Type if your question answer will be a Yes/No or a Comment.
  4. Click Save Question.

To REORDER your Open Home Questions:

  1. Go to Admin & Account Settings > Company > Open Home Questions.
  2. In the Your Questions section, drag and drop your questions into your preferred order.
  3. There is no need to 'save' your ordering, the order will automatically save.

To DELETE an Open Home Question:

  1. Go to Admin & Account Settings > Company > Open Home Questions.
  2. In the Your Questions section, click Delete next to the question you want to remove.

Deleting Note: When you use an open home question on a property, we store BOTH the question and answer against the property. Deleting a question will not disrupt or remove any historical question data.
