The Automatic Opinions setting will automatically create a Maybe Opinion for a contact if that contact clicks on a property in an Automatic Email Campaign two or more times.
When used in conjunction with Prospecting it is a great lead generation feature, allowing agents to see which contacts may be interested in a property through the number of times they clicked on the property in an email.
To ACTIVATE the Automatic Opinions setting:
- Hover over the user menu and select Admin & Account Settings.
- Go to Company > Edit > Preferences.
- Locate the Contact Preferences section and turn on Create Automatic Opinions.
- Click Update Preferences.
To TURN OFF the Automatic Opinions setting:
- Hover over the user menu and select Admin & Account Settings.
- Go to Company > Edit > Preferences.
- Locate the Contact Preferences section and turn off Create Automatic Opinions.
- Click Update Preferences.
