Modify An Existing Automatic Campaign's Subscribers & Sending Settings

To edit the sending settings for an Automatic Campaign follow the below steps:

  1. After logging into iDashboard, hover your mouse over the Campaigns Tab at the top of your screen, then click on Auto Campaigns.
  2. In the 'Series' column for the Automatic Campaign that we which to modify click on Edit Series.
  3. The first tab that opens up is the Setup tab where we can modify the following:
    • Name - What the Newsletter will be called, and will appear as the 'Subject' in a recipients inbox.
    • Description - For internal use only, this is where you can provide more details about the Newsletter.
    • From Address - Which email address should the Newsletter come from (from the list of employees in iDashboard).
    • Design - The template which the Newsletter is formatted off.
  4. Once you have made the required changes, click Save Series.

 

To edit the subscription settings for an Automatic Campaign follow the below steps:

  1. After logging into iDashboard, hover your mouse over the Campaigns Tab at the top of your screen, then click on Auto Campaigns.
  2. In the 'Series' column for the Automatic Campaign that we which to modify click on Edit Series.
  3. Click on the tab Subscription, here is where we can alter the subscription list by the following options:
    • Leave as is. - Makes no changes to the subscription list.
    • Add subscribers from - Add the subscribers from another existing Newsletter series.
    • Add contacts from the group - Subscribe iDashboard contacts from a particular group.
    • Add contacts that belongs to - Subscribe iDashboard contacts that are assigned to a particular employee.
    • Add contacts from entire office database - Subscribes all contacts within iDashboard for your office.
    • Clear all subscriptions - Removes all current subscribers, great for when you want to start your subscription list from scratch.
  4. Once you have made the required changes click Save Series.

Please note: Any contacts which have previously unsubscribed from a newsletter and selected 'Never send me any kind of email.' will not be sent any new subscriptions.


To view the list of current subscribers for an Automatic Campaign follow the below steps:

  1. After logging into iDashboard, hover your mouse over the Campaigns Tab at the top of your screen, then click on Auto Campaigns.
  2. In the 'Series' column for the Automatic Campaign that we which to modify click on Edit Series.
  3. Click on the tab Subscribers, here is where we can view the current list of subscribers.
  4. If you want to unsubscribe someone from this list, click the check box to the left of their name and click the blue Unsubscribe Selected at the bottom of the page.
